Registration fees

Deadline for early registration: Friday 30 November 2018 – €150
Deadline for standard registration: Thursday 28 February 2019 – €200
Late and On-site registration: Until Saturday 2 March 2019 – €250

Group registration is possible through the online registration system.

Payment terms

By wire transfer (bank transfer) or credit card through the online registration system. Payment by wire transfer is due 14 days from the date of registration. Details like bank account etc. are provided on the invoice which can be downloaded or printed via the registration system.

Cancellation of registration

You may cancel and receive a refund of your registration and congress dinner fee less a cancellation fee of 50 EUR if the cancellation is received no later than 31 January 2019. Cancellation of registration or congress dinner must be notified in writing to the registration office at .
